Payment procedure
Full settlement occurs after the installation is completed. If you plan to do the installation yourself, then payment upon receipt of the goods.
Waiting periods
On average, it takes 10 days from measurement to installation. However, for the implementation of non-standard projects, we need more time, up to a maximum of two months.

We give a guarantee from 5 to 10 years, depending on the profile. The warranty stage is valid in case a double-glazed window suddenly bursts (provided that it was our installation) and window adjustment.
It is also important to note that our profiles do not fade under the influence of sunlight.
If the windows are ready, but you are not yet ready to install them, there is the possibility of temporary storage of windows in our warehouse
If necessary, we can deal with the disposal of old windows after installing new ones.
